I've had a fantastic experience both times I've shopped with Bridgman. They offer a solid selection of delivery times, keep you in the loop, and everything shows up right on schedule without any hassle. The outdoor furniture is top-notch and really stands the test of time. I'm super satisfied and wouldn't think twice about recommending this company.

"Great furniture, but delivery was a hassle..."
We really dig the furniture, but the roadside delivery left us pretty frustrated. Our place is a good 100 meters from where they dropped everything off, so we had to haul each piece ourselves, unpack it, and then deal with all that packing stuff. Not exactly a walk in the park for us in our eighties. Because of this, we won’t be making any more purchases from you. On the flip side, Neptune brought everything inside, unpacked it, put it together, and took away the packing materials.

Lucas assisted us at the Tunbridge Wells location. She was really attentive and offered great help all the way, even sending a follow-up email with the points we talked about and info on future promotions. She made sure to sketch out a custom sofa option just in case the regular set might be too big for our area.

A true measure of a great shopping experience is how well things are handled when they go awry. We found that one of our items was missing a cushion, but the team jumped in to help and sorted it out fast. Craig was super supportive all the way through.
